AI Lessons for Y Achievers

Y ACHIEVERS is a national program that helps youth in seventh through twelfth grade discover and pursue higher educational and career goals by equipping them with the skills needed to succeed and be community role models. Young people will participate in workforce readiness, college readiness and life skills sessions to support their pathway to success through bi-weekly programming by grade level. Our program is held at Northeastern University campus, through bi-weekly sessions focusing on life skills and career explorations. Young people actively engaged in programming receive a FREE teen membership to the 13 Greater Boston YMCA’s.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES: 

Artificial Intelligence is one of the most transformational technologies of this generation. AI/ML is also becoming the foundation for all computer learning and is the future of all complex decision making. Artificial intelligence can help students solve complex problem, augment and strengthen their creativity.
